How Does It Work?
We begin with an introduction to what meditation is, what it can do, and why it is beneficial. There will be time for any questions, and then we will enter into meditation together. You will be guided throughout the session and receive support to help you go deeper into relaxation and inner peace.
Is There Anything I Should Be Aware Of?
It’s beneficial if you can allow yourself some quiet time after the meditation circle to reflect on the experience and feel its effects. If possible, try not to rush off immediately afterward.
